Please Note All our products have been Quality Control checked before posting and will be Qc signed

Please email us at info@nichebags.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt if you’d like to return an item for a refund.
A refund will be granted providing the item is returned in its original condition within 30 days of dispatch.

All items must be returned in the condition they were received, with the tags still attached.

We are normally super fast with returns and try to process them the same day received back. However, sometimes we get busy! So please give us up to 7 days to process your return.

Please Note:

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us
We recommend that you send the parcel using recorded delivery and that you keep a copy of your receipt
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer
the original delivery charge will be deducted from the total refund
In the unfortunate case that you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 3 days of receipt.

Non-returnable items:

Any items that are used, damaged or stained
Sale items (you’ll receive credit only)
Please check all items before removing tags we will not refund items if tags have been removed.

All products have been QC at manufacturing and quality control checked by ourselves before despatch.

Refunds will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Do remember it can take your bank up to 7 working days to show your refund in your account once processed, although it’s usually much quicker!
